We assign a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to each customer. Your PSSR Representative will answer any question regarding MasonLift's forklift service programs, parts and shop quotes, training, and more. Working in conjunction with the forklift Equipment Sales Representative (ESR), your PSSR Representative will review service reports, cost per hour reports and make recommendations about repairs and/or replacement options.
